Without Volunteers, races like these can't happen. We are always looking for volunteers and would like to add you to our contact list.

Refund/Transfer Policy

We know stuff happens and sometimes you can't make a race you signed up for. Your options depend on how close it is to race day.

Refunds for Personal Reasons

Refunds are made via Paypal or Venmo. Requests for check refunds may be made but processing time will be 4-6 weeks.

Transfers (to other people) We do not do transfers. We credit your free as per table above and new person would have to register themselves.
Transfers (to other races) You will receive a 100% credit equal to the fee you paid (minus Ultrasignup processing fee) to use for the next race you enter.
Late Request Exceptions can be made to the above for late requests - ESPECIALLY if you are able to volunteer at the race
Shirt / Bib Requests If you opted to have your bib package mailed to you, you are officially checked into the race and no longer qualify for a registration transfer, deferment option, or refund.
